Join us for this exciting Prenatal workshop.

* Open to all stages of pregnancy, all levels and abilities

During this 2 hour workshop, you will learn yoga poses that will help you unwind, relax and grow more steady in the wisdom of your physical body. This workshop will focus on creating a sense of strength in the body, deep connection to breath,  and offer a sacred space for peaceful connection to your growing baby and your changing body. 

We will also be having a guest Physiotherapist, Torri from Ottawa Valley Physiotherapy join the workshop to share information about Pelvic Floor, and common pregnancy related muscle tensions - there will also be time for a forum discussion.
