BOOTCAMP SERIES

Bootcamp is designed to keep the body guessing and pushing you to your limit. These classes will combine a variety of movements and vary as an interval, circuit and hiit style workout depending on the day ;) mixing calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. We may use small weights, bands, and other equipment throughout the session.
Please bring running shoes and a yoga mat to class.

6 WEEKS BEGINNERS YOGA SERIES - SERIES IS FULL

The 6 weeks Beginner yoga series is a great way for you to explore the foundations of asana (posture), breath work and meditation in a relaxed, supportive environment and deepen your practice.


This series is suitable for beginners or those looking to return to yoga.

During this series you will learn the foundations of yogic philosophy, how to practice and the building blocks of a yoga practice.

By the end of the series, you will have a better understanding of what yoga is all about, the difference expressions of practice and foundations to build upon. You will have the ability to join group classes with confidence and build a life-long personal practice.

8 Limbs - Guideline on how to live a meaningful and purposeful life

Chakras

Alignment - Standing postures, Back/Forward Bending, Twists, Hip opening, Arm balancing, and Inversions

Sun Salutations A&B

Breathing & Meditation Techniques

Modifications

Build Confidence, Increase Strength, Flexibility
