YOGA TO IMPROVE SLEEP WORKSHOP

Are you tired? Do you spend your nights tossing and turning, or maybe you have trouble falling asleep?
If yes, this workshop is for you!
During this 2 hour workshop, you will be introduced to different elements of yoga and meditation to support your sleep patterns. The start of the workshop will focus on gentle movements to help release tension and stress. The end of the workshop will gift you with a lavender infused eye dream pillow leading you into a Yoga Nidra, a deep sense of effortless relaxation.
INTRO TO YOGA SERIES

New to Yoga? Or Maybe it's been a while? This 4 weeks series in for you. Join us every Thursday in December for a yoga series dedication to Beginners.
This series is designed to introduce you to yoga, learning the basic foundation and gaining confidence within your practice.
During the weekly classes, you will learn different yoga poses, how to breathe effectively during your practice, how to transition safely between poses and modification to better suit you and your needs. You will also explore different styles of yoga with a focus to explore and gain a new understanding of the yoga benefits.
YOGA FOR ANXIETY SERIES
4 weeks series
$50+hst per person (4 weeks series)
Move from the darkness into the light with this 4 week series designed to help with anxiety.
During this pre-registered series, you will be provided
with useful yoga therapy sequences intended to address the multi-dimensional nature of anxiety. You will learn breathing techniques to help in a moment of stress.
This series will promote relaxation and mindful movements to allow you to lead healing thoughts.
