4 WEEKS PRENATAL YOGA SERIES

Please join us for this 4 week Prenatal Series. A weekly practice to unwind, relax and grow ever more steady in the wisdom of your physical body. Each class will focus on creating a sense of strength in the body, deep connection to breath, complete relaxation, and offer a sacred space for peaceful connection to your growing baby and your changing body. 

BABY & ME YOGA - 6 WEEKS SERIES

$90+hst - 6 weeks Series. 
New session: May 7-June 11th
from 10:15-11am

Baby and Me Yoga is an interactive and fun class,  focused on strengthening the spiritual, emotional and physical bond between you and your baby as you connect with other new moms and help your body recover from birth and the strains of carrying and caring for a newborn. Specifically designed for the postpartum body, this yoga class will build your strength, flexibility, energy and balance.
Appropriate for moms and non-crawling babies. This class is a great opportunity to bond with your baby, do something good for your body, and meet a great group of new moms. Though class is not overly strenuous, we recommend getting your physicians approval prior to practicing yoga postpartum.
