Join us to awaken your senses and unplug your mind to a deeper yoga experience enhanced by essential oils.
Julie Hennessy will guide us through the first hour of a two hour workshop, as we dive into essential oils education - how oils work, the methods of use, and how they can not only compliment your yoga practice but also enhance your immune system while simultaneously decreasing your stress. As a compliment to our evening you will be making your very own oil roller to take home.
Last but certainly not least, we will close our time together with a restorative yoga session with oils, preparing us for a truly restful savasana.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket to the workshop
6 WEEK BEGINNER YOGA SERIES -

The 6 week Beginner yoga series is a great way for you to explore the foundations of asana (posture), breath work and meditation in a relaxed, supportive environment and deepen your practice.
It will allow you to gain a great understanding by tapping into the philosophies in which yoga was built on.
This series is suitable for complete beginners or those restarting after a break.
In this series you will learn the foundations of yogic philosophy, how to practice and the building blocks of practice and by the end of the course an understanding of what yoga is all about, the different expressions of practice and foundations to build upon will be achieved.
You will have the ability to join group classes with confidence and build a life-long personal practice.
